I've been slacking at blogging, but I heard over Christmas a few times that people still check this blog out every now and then, which is great...but I thought I better do a better job at keeping it up to date.
Story has a wonderful holiday season and yes, she was spoiled rotten. :)
She's has a bad cold that has settled into her lungs. We're getting a bit concerned as she can't seem to kick it and her chest has a definite rattle in it. She has a horrible cough, which interrupts her sleep and daytime activities. She's seen her pediatrician numerous times over the past month and despite various medications and puffers, it's not going away. So, just to rule out pneumonia she's booked for a chest x-ray later this week.
So, keep her in your thoughts that she can get rid of this and her lungs can continue to grow and heal! <3

Hi Guys: So glad to see an update on Story. She certainly looks healthy on the outside. I am sorry she is having so much trouble with a cold. Lung disease is not much fun, I know first hand. But I am hoping the Drs. can find something to treat her with. I put a comment in earlier and it came up as an error so if you get 2 comments from me you will know why. Lotsa love Aunt Jean
Story gets more beautiful every single day.. I love the new pics. We will pray that there is nothing too serious going on with her lungs and that she gets well very soon!

All three of you are in my thoughts on a daily basis. Please keep us updated on Story's cold. Quite often I use one of her pictures as my computer background just because it brings me a smile at least once a day when I turn on my computer. She's such a little miracle!
Any chance you guys could get up to Parry Sound this summer? Mat's cousin Sandra is getting remarried and so is his 2nd cousin Steve. I know Steve has always had a "hero thing" for Mat. I am going to be there from Texas and would absolutely love to meet you.
